Overtime fee
If overtime occurs due to traffic control or natural factors at attractions, an overtime fee will be charged. For every hour exceeding the limit by 30 minutes or more, an additional NT$500 will be charged (payable to the driver on-site).
Child seat fee
First child seat is provided for free.
For two or more seats, each additional seat is NT$200.
If a child seat is required, please book a 9-seater vehicle and make a note when ordering; payment is to be made to the driver on-site.

Departure/Return from Sun Moon Lake: surcharge NT$500/vehicle (for 5-hour bookings)

Reminders
Service staff will contact you at least one day before departure. Please ensure your internet connection is stable and keep an eye on your mobile messaging apps.
The driver primarily speaks Chinese; for foreign languages (English, Japanese, Korean), translation software will be used for communication.
Vehicle color and model cannot be specified; the actual vehicle dispatched on the day will prevail.
If traffic congestion or control occurs due to events or holidays, please discuss itinerary changes with the driver on-site. Additional overtime fees incurred due to traffic are non-refundable.
Please arrive at the designated location on time. If the number of participants on the day of the trip differs from the booking, the driver reserves the right to refuse service, and no refund will be provided.
The itinerary can be slightly adjusted; please reach a consensus with the driver on the day of the trip.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
