What You Can Expect

- Please present your reservation screen at the reception.
- Learn about the history of eco-fur from the artisans of Okada Textiles. Learn about the history of Koyaguchi-cho, Japan's only comprehensive pile fabric production area, and the high-quality eco-fur techniques that are recognized by global brands.
- Choose your favorite material from over 50 different options. Decide on the item you want to make, such as a scarf, bag, vest, or cushion cover. Then, choose your own unique combination from over 50 different pile lengths, fabrics, and color variations, checking out the feel and appearance.
- Consult and decide on the design with the craftsman. Choose between a simple order where you choose the material and color from existing patterns, or a completely original design. The craftsman will provide technical advice, confirm the final design, and then request production.
- The completed piece will be delivered to you at a later date. You will have a one-of-a-kind piece in your hands. You will receive a special piece filled with memories of your trip. It will be completed in as little as one week (completely original pieces can take more than one month). Domestic and international shipping is available (shipping fees apply).

- For cancellations made 13 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 7 to 12 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
