Cancelation policy:
You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity starts.
In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
Refunds and changes in date or time may be accommodated in cases of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen events. This is subject to merchant/operator approval; Klook will not be held responsible for unapproved changes or refunds.

We will contact you before the trip via WhatsApp or other messaging apps to confirm your pick-up details.
The driver will wait up to 60 minutes at hotels or apartments, and 90 minutes for airport pickups (starting from the actual landing time). After this waiting period, if we cannot reach you or you are not present, the driver will leave and the service will be considered completed.
Please keep your phone on and check messages regularly to ensure a smooth pick-up.
