For Gift Voucher valued at VND 50,000: You will receive the e-code after purchase.
For Gift Voucher valued at VND 100,000 and VND 200,000: The e-code will be sent to your email within 24 hours before it becomes available for use.
Step 2: Open the Green SM App, select your pick-up and drop-off locations, and choose your preferred service. Enter the voucher code into the "Enter code" field under the "Promotions" section (located above the “Book Green SM Taxi” button).
Step 3: Check the fare after the discount and confirm your payment method.
Step 4: Tap “Book Now” and start your ride with Green SM.

For Gift Voucher valued at VND 100,000 and VND 200,000: The e-code will be sent to your email within 24 hours before it becomes available for use.

The voucher is valid from 6:00 AM to 23:00 PM. It will not be applicable outside of this time frame.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
