  • Departure time: We depart daily following the schedule below

· Depart from Hanoi: 8 AM, 9 AM, 10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, 3 PM, 4 PM, 6 PM

· Return to Hanoi: 9 AM, 11 AM, 12 PM, 1 PM, 3 PM, 5 PM, 6 PM, 7 PM

  • Duration: 3 hours
  • Child seats are not available
  • Pets are not allowed on the car as this is shared transfer
  • Baggage allowance: Maximum of 1 standard luggage and 1 handbag per person
  • Seat arrangement: Seats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at time of booking. While not guaranteed, we will try to arrange for a group to seat nearby each other
  • Pickup zone: pickup and drop-off service is available only within the Hanoi Old Quarter area (in Hanoi) and the central areas of Hoa Lư City, Tam Cốc, Tràng An, and Hang Múa (in Ninh Bình). 
  • We do not provide pick-up or drop-off outside pickup zone. If your accommodation is located outside these areas (such as in the city outskirts or near Noi Bai Airport), kindly make your way to a meeting point at No. 84 Tran Nhan Tong Street, Hai Ba Trung ward, Hanoi.

Please input your contact information correctly so that our staff could contact you if necessary. At the latest of one day before the travel date, we would finalize the pick-up time at your location and inform via KKday Chat. It is recommended that you should be ready at your hotel lobby or the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the pick-up time

We provide free pick-up & drop-off for hotels within Hanoi Old Quarter area. In Ninh Binh, we can pick up or drop off customers from your accommodation located within the areas of Hoa Lu, Tam Coc, Trang An, Mua Cave, or Ninh Binh city center. Pick-up/drop-off from other areas such as city outskirts or Noi Bai airport is NOT available. If your accommodation is located outside pickup area, kindly make your way to a meeting point at No. 84 Tran Nhan Tong Street, Hai Ba Trung ward, Hanoi.

Please specify your desired departure time during the booking process. Our team will schedule the pickup accordingly. Depending on your pickup location, the actual pickup time may be between 15 and 45 minutes earlier than your chosen departure time to ensure timely departure from Hanoi. To confirm your exact pickup time, please check the KKDay chat one day before your scheduled trip

In case your preferred schedule is no longer available, we will suggest closest alternative available option for your consideration. In case, you do not agree with any alternative option, we can cancel your booking with full refund

Reminders

  • Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • Our pickup and drop-off service is available only within the Hanoi Old Quarter area (in Hanoi) and the central areas of Hoa Lư City, Tam Cốc, Tràng An, and Hang Múa (in Ninh Bình). If your accommodation is located outside these areas (such as in the city outskirts or near Noi Bai Airport), kindly make your way to a meeting point within the designated pickup zone to meet our driver.

  • We will try to assign middle seats if possible; however, in case they are unavailable, we will allocate the available seats in the vehicle

  • In case your preferred schedule is no longer available, we will suggest closest alternative available option for your consideration

How to Use

One day before your travel date, our operator will re-confirm your pickup time, flight number and meeting instruction via KKDay Chat/Contact number provided. Please check our instruction and inform us in case of any amendment or issue finding your driver.
