The cable car ticket included in the beginner's package is valid only during the course.
After receiving your order, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the renter's size and age, and assist you in making an appointment with the ski shop in advance. Please ensure that the contact information you provided in the order is correct and pay attention to messages.
You can pick up your ski equipment at the shop after 3:00 PM the day before your lesson by presenting the reservation form provided by the Snow Wave customer service team. Due to the large number of people, it is recommended to allow an hour for rental. If you would like an instructor to accompany you to rent the equipment on the day of your lesson, the rental time will be counted within the lesson time.
For last-minute bookings within 3 days, only the lesson service will be provided. Please understand that online bookings for ski equipment stores require at least 3 business days' advance notice. If you wish for an instructor to accompany you to rent the equipment on the day of the lesson, the rental time will be counted within the lesson period.
