Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Chiba Station, our restaurant features casual French cuisine prepared by a former head chef from a Tokyo hotel. We actively incorporate not only seafood from Chiba Prefecture but also high-quality meat and seasonal vegetables that are surprisingly little-known, creating a diverse range of bistro dishes. Our wine selection evokes the atmosphere of France, perfect for enjoying a casual glass. With no cover charge, it is a casual spot where you can drop by even on your own. It is a space designed to gently accompany your own story.
This restaurant is proud of its meat dishes made with brand beef and pork from Chiba Prefecture. They put a lot of thought into their cooking methods to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients. Depending on the season, they also serve fresh game meat. The popular "Trippa à la Française" is slowly simmered, and the deep flavor fills your mouth. You can choose the amount of "Chiba Prefecture Beef Roast or Poached," so it's also appealing that you can enjoy a variety of dishes in combination. Please give it a try ◎
The "Adult Omelette Rice," available only during lunchtime, is a masterpiece that differs from the traditional style. The omelet, made by a French chef, is captivating with its aroma that spreads the moment it is broken. The rice is richly flavored with the aroma of butter and garlic. You can also have fun tailoring it to your taste with the sauce that comes with it. There are also a variety of unique omelet rice dishes available, turning your lunchtime into a special moment.
We offer a wide range of wines, including red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines, including wines from Chiba Prefecture. Orange wine and natural wines are also available. We always have around 20 varieties on hand, and our daily specials, wine by the glass, are available from just 800 yen. Enjoy a new encounter with wine.
Recommended for coffee lovers, our espresso is a blend of beans carefully roasted in our Chiba Prefecture workshop. It features the deep bitterness and fragrant aroma that only a dark roast can offer. Each cup is carefully extracted using our specially designed machine, creating the perfect after-meal flavor. Our seasonal assiette desserts are also popular. Enjoy a luxurious cafe time with fresh fruit and a variety of sweets on one plate.
