Our dishes are characterized by their homemade, home-style flavor. They offer a delicious taste that you will never tire of, no matter how many times you eat it. We especially recommend our special oden, which boasts a dashi broth carefully selected by our chef. This dish can be enjoyed all year round and is popular for its daikon radish soaked in dashi broth and beef tendon simmered for a day. Our Saikyo-yaki is also a popular menu item with many repeat customers. It is made with our chef's secret handmade miso and seasonal fish. Please give it a try.
Homemade seasonings such as miso and soy sauce further enhance the flavor of the dishes. The dashi stock for the nyumen is also homemade. There are four variations, each using a different dashi stock, and the deep flavor that can only be achieved through homemade cooking is appealing. Located just off JR Kitashinchi Station, our restaurant has a warm, homey atmosphere. The small, cozy interior is a relaxing space where you can spend some time relaxing. We have counter seats that are perfect for individuals or small groups, as well as table seats for four, which are perfect for groups. We are a great place to stop by after work, for a second drink, or for female customers.
