We source our own Hida beef chunks through our own channels, and offer them in 300-500g portions from our display case upon request. They are presented on a cypress log and delivered with a knife pierced. This dish boasts a wild appearance that will whet your appetite. By grilling the whole chunk, the juices are locked in, making it juicy. Enjoy this delicious dish in a hearty manner.
We also recommend the beautiful Yukhoe, which is made using a ring mold. We offer five varieties, including Avocado and Egg and Grated Daikon Ponzu. We also have an assortment where you can enjoy all five varieties. Cheese pairs perfectly with wine. It also pairs well with craft beer.
Beer and wine are served in thin glasses. Butterfly Brewery offers 25 to 30 types of craft beer. Enjoy a variety of unique drinks with a wide range of flavors, just like the sounds of musical instruments. Harunokaze Winery's wines are available for 1,500 to 2,000 yen per glass. Another appeal is the casual way to enjoy premium alcohol.
