The melt-in-your-mouth "Stir-fried Square Vermicelli with Soy Sauce" is a mouthwatering dish with the aroma of soy sauce and garlic. The simple salt-flavored "Stir-fried Seaweed and Pork" combines the crisp, smooth seaweed with the fat of the pork, creating a deep flavor. Other dishes include stir-fried potato salad, boiled and pan-fried dumplings, and fermented tomato and beef soup, all of which are reasonably priced and come in reasonable portions. The craft beer selection includes brands that utilize the specialties of southern China, some of which are hard to find in Japan. You can enjoy a unique selection of southern Chinese beers, such as Shanghai Libo from Shanghai, Suzhou from Jiangsu Province, and Yuanjiang from Guizhou. In addition to craft beer, there is also a wide selection of baijiu, Shaoxing wine, wine, and craft gin that go well with food. Jaguchi Shaoxing Wine, in particular, offers a selection of Japanese craft gin, HOLON, as a crisp drink that perfectly complements Chinese cuisine.
Conveniently located just a minute's walk from Exit 2 of Shinjuku-Gyoenmae Station, the restaurant is bright and clean, with mainly table seating. Private rooms with round tables can accommodate 8-10 people, and large banquets can accommodate up to 100 people. We are equipped with microphones and projectors, and we also accept reservations for private parties, so please feel free to contact us for more information.
