NEW OPEN on 9/1 (Mon)!!! We offer authentic sushi crafted with artisan skills and carefully selected ingredients at affordable prices. Our signature menu item, 'Eel Nigiri Sushi,' is a masterpiece featuring white-grilled eel simmered carefully in our homemade sweet and savory sauce without losing its shape. We offer counter seats where you can watch the artisan's skills up close while enjoying a quiet meal alone, and table seats for casual gatherings with friends. We aim to provide the 'perfect distance' and 'comfortable satisfaction' for every customer.
We offer our signature drink service so that you can enjoy our sushi and other dishes in a casual and cost-effective manner! Orders made before 4pm on weekdays will receive chuhai and highballs for just 50 yen (55 yen including tax). After 5pm, drinks are 190 yen (209 yen including tax) and beer is 270 yen (297 yen including tax), a bargain price 365 days a year. We have a wide selection of "cheap and delicious" drinks!
Our signature dish, "Boiled Eel Nigiri Sushi," is made by first grilling the eel lightly, then coating it in a generous amount of our special homemade sweet and spicy sauce, and then carefully simmering it over a long period of time so as not to lose its shape. The eel is plump and soft, with an exquisite texture that melts in your mouth the moment you put it in, and a rich yet refined flavor that spreads throughout your mouth. We are extremely particular about the harmony with the rice, and this nigiri sushi shines with our craftsmanship.
We offer a wide variety of toppings, about 60 types! We don't just serve sushi! Our horse sashimi is made with fresh horse meat delivered directly from Kumamoto Prefecture, the birthplace of horse meat. It is characterized by its fine texture and a refined sweetness without any strong flavor. Enjoy the natural flavor of the ingredients with soy sauce seasoned with grated ginger and garlic. Enjoy it as a snack between sushi or casually at the beginning of a meal. One of our charms is that you can casually enjoy other dishes besides sushi.
Our restaurant offers counter seats where you can enjoy your meal by yourself while watching the delicate techniques of our chefs up close. This is a special space where you can relax and enjoy freshly made sushi in a quiet atmosphere. We also have table seats where you can gather around with friends or family and enjoy a lively meal, so we can accommodate a variety of occasions. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
