We take pride in our Shinshu soba, which is made in-house daily, and our aromatic, house-made dashi broth. The appeal lies in the ability to enjoy free combinations by ordering tempura or a variety of rice bowls alongside your noodles. You can savor the authentic flavor of the soba itself. We also offer Shinshu local cuisine, local sake, and soba shochu mixed with soba-yu (soba cooking water), as well as a wide range of seasonal limited-time menus. Please spend a pleasant moment in our shop, where you can feel free to drop by even if you are alone.
This restaurant is proud of its homemade soba noodles, prepared daily in-house, and its golden-colored broth. The appeal of Shinshu soba is that you can grate fresh wasabi yourself to enjoy it. There is also a wide selection of crispy tempura and rice bowls, so you can enjoy your favorite combination.
The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere that makes it perfect for casual dining even when you're alone. In the evening, seasonal delicacies and homemade specialties are served, and you can enjoy them slowly with local Shinshu sake or soba shochu (buckwheat shochu) in hot water. We offer duck soba noodles made with carefully selected duck meat, slowly simmered to create a soft texture and rich flavor. Our duck soba noodles served in a bamboo steamer and duck nanban soba noodles are also popular. Please enjoy a luxurious time in our comfortable Japanese atmosphere.
