In response to customer requests to try a variety of dishes in small portions, we have prepared exquisite dishes prepared by professional chefs in the adjacent factory. We offer a variety of dishes on small plates so that you can sample them in various ways. Enjoy them as snacks while enjoying your favorite drink. Some menu items can also be purchased from the frozen vending machine near the store. Takeout hors d'oeuvres are also popular, so you can enjoy our flavors at home.
You can enjoy pasta dishes with a variety of sauces. There is a wide variety of menu items that can be enjoyed all year round, including additive-free tomato spaghetti, bolognese, and arrabbiata. The highly popular "Rich Cream of Sea Urchin and Truffle" is a must-try. Also popular is the "Sichuan Mapo Tofu" made by a Chinese master! It has a spicy kick while still allowing you to taste the umami of the meat, so even those who don't like spicy food can enjoy it. There are also many dishes using seasonal fish that are perfect as snacks to go with sake, so you can enjoy a new masterpiece every time you visit.
We also have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages to go with our diverse cuisine. We recommend the natural wines lined up in our cellar! We especially recommend trying the wines produced by our own winery. In addition to standard drinks, we also offer a wide range of brands unique to our restaurant, such as craft beer, yuzu sake sours, Asakura highballs, and Kyushu's proud shochu. The stylish interior features a U-shaped counter with just 15 seats, making it a great place for casual drinks and quick drinks. It's the perfect place for local residents to relax and enjoy a casual drink after work. We also accept reservations for private parties of 8-15 people. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
