Tucked away in a back alley off Shojinbashi-dori, 'Funabashi Yohinten' is a restaurant in a detached house glowing with warm light. As you slowly open the large wooden door, you will see adults enjoying their meals around a U-shaped counter surrounding an open kitchen. In this stylish yet warm, wood-accented space, you can enjoy Japanese-Western fusion dishes and a carefully curated selection of drinks. With fully private rooms available, it is perfect for various occasions such as business dinners, dates, celebrations, and year-end or New Year parties.
This is a very popular highball made with bourbon steeped in Yoshino cedar. It is a popular drink in our restaurant and is a must-try item when you visit. You can enjoy the aroma.
When you open the special message box, a gentle puff of smoke rises, revealing a surprise message plate inside. This luxurious presentation is unlike any other store, and is recommended for special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, and dates. Messages can be customized to your liking, and our staff will prepare them with care.
Our cuisine is made with seasonal ingredients sourced daily from Fukuoka and around the country. To allow you to leisurely enjoy our seasonal cuisine, we have a high ceiling and a counter space with an open kitchen where you can enjoy the food being prepared right in front of you. We also have a private room on the second floor that can accommodate up to 10 people.
We create a menu where you can order one dish per category and it will become a set course. We strive to provide a fusion of Japanese and Western cuisine that is not limited to a single style. We change the menu with each season to ensure that customers do not go empty-handed.

We will do our best to accommodate any 'Requests' entered at the time of booking, but we cannot guarantee them. We do not provide confirmation via email, so if you have conditions such as 'I will not book unless I get a private room,' please be sure to contact the restaurant by phone in advance. 2. Funabashi Yohinten welcomes children, including preschoolers. However, as the counter chairs are high, seating options for children who cannot sit on their own are limited. If you are considering visiting with a preschooler, please 'be sure' to check with us by phone in advance. 3. We are grateful for the high volume of reservations. If you arrive earlier than your scheduled time, we may not be able to seat you immediately. (Of course, we will seat you if there is space available.) We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in arriving at your scheduled reservation time.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
