What You Can Expect
Purchase Notice
- Please be sure to agree to the following before making a reservation. Counter standing space cannot be reserved. All reservations are for table seating. If you wish to do a 'tasting flight', please visit us without a reservation. *If you have a table reservation, you cannot change to a counter seat even if the counter is empty when you arrive. If you have any requests or questions, please contact the restaurant directly by phone.
- The menu content changes depending on the daily market availability. Please make your reservation at least one day in advance. For reservations of 5 or more people, we require you to order a course meal. Additionally, if the number of people in your party decreases upon arrival without prior notice, you will still be charged the course fee for the original number of reserved guests.
- Restaurant Service Fee (charged separately when paying for dine-in): A seat fee of 600 JPY (includes one small appetizer) will be charged for table seating and for groups of 3 or more at the counter. *The above information is for reference. Actual charges at the venue will take precedence.
- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to visit, please be sure to cancel your reservation before the scheduled time. If you do not cancel, you will be charged the following fees (the actual fees stated in the voucher after booking will take precedence): If you cancel this reservation, the following fees will be charged. Same-day cancellation (no notice): 3,000 JPY (per person) Same-day cancellation (with notice): 3,000 JPY (same as above)

Reminders
If you need to change your order, please contact KKday customer service. However, please note that the final decision on whether to allow changes to your order rests with KKday and the restaurant, so please fill out your order carefully.
Please ensure that the order details provided are correct. If there is any error in the order information, you will be responsible for any resulting loss of rights.
Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Regardless of the terms and conditions of KKday, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will provide assistance to the best of our ability, but we cannot assume any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
Please note that you cannot book different restaurants for the same time slot on the same day. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

As the owner operates the shop alone on Mon., Tue., and Wed., there may be some waiting times. Please allow yourself plenty of time when visiting. Also, the variety of food menu items will be more limited compared to other days of the week.
*Reservations for seats on Mon., Tue., and Wed. are accepted by phone.
For both table and counter seating, we may speak with you if your order volume is low relative to your length of stay.
*If you leave without ordering anything after being seated, a 1,000 JPY service fee will be charged for the staff's time.
