Our store offers a wide selection of sake that can be enjoyed by a wide range of people, from sake beginners to hardcore connoisseurs. We stock around 30 varieties, mainly limited edition and seasonal sakes. Our lineup is well-balanced, ranging from sweet to dry to savory, with a slightly higher proportion of dry sakes. Please enjoy the diverse flavors.
The menu, made with fresh fish purchased directly from the Toyosu Market brokers, is a must-try and a must-try masterpiece! The tuna in particular is fresh, not frozen. Rich in fat and flavor, you can enjoy the taste of exceptional freshness. The sushi, made with special red vinegar supervised by the chef, has an authentic taste that will have you hooked after just one try. The boat-shaped platter, which includes rare fish that you don't usually see, is thickly sliced and very filling. For all-you-can-drink and course reservations, the time limit is 2 hours. Extensions are subject to availability. Please be sure to check the cancellation policy. During busy periods, we may not be able to accommodate requests for table or counter seating. By confirming your online reservation, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the notes and cancellation policy.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
