Our signature dish is the "Ezo Venison Hamburg Steak." We use coarsely ground venison so you can enjoy the natural flavor of the venison. The layered arrangement of onions, hamburger steak, Kitaakari seasoning, and mountain wasabi represents the layers of Hokkaido's history. Enjoy it with our original sauce made from a mixture of red wine, miso, and soy sauce koji.
We've created an original craft beer. The secondary ingredient is Hokkaido rice "Nanatsuboshi" from our own farm, Kuriyama-cho Graphic Farm. We used rice that had cracked during milling and was inedible, resulting in a dry, clear beer. The aroma, created by five types of hops including Citra and Talus, is citrusy and tropical.
The restaurant has different atmospheres depending on the time of day: brunch from 8:45 to 15:00, afternoon from 15:00 to 17:00, a la carte from 15:00 to 21:00, and dinner course from 17:00 to 21:00 (reservations required 3 days in advance). You can enjoy it no matter what time you come. From a beer, a sweet dish, to a full meal, you can spend your time however you like in this place that evokes the history of Hokkaido.
