You are considered a “no-show” if you do not appear at the pick-up point within 15 minutes of the scheduled departure time without prior notice. No-shows will be considered a cancellation within 72 hours and no refund will be given.

However, the tour provides pick-up and drop-off services from hotels in the Hoi An Ancient Town and beach areas. If you wish to explore specific cultural attractions within the ancient town in detail, it is recommended to purchase the relevant tickets on-site.
After concluding the Hoi An medicinal plant and tea-making experience, if you plan to visit Hoi An Ancient Town, it is recommended to allocate about 3 to 4 hours. This duration is sufficient for you to wander through the old streets, admire the Chinese and French architectural styles, visit assembly halls and old houses, and experience the unique atmosphere of the ancient town by the river. If you wish to explore more shops or cafes in depth, you can extend the time accordingly.
