Regarding cancellation of the event:

Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・Fun diving participants must bring their C-card and logbook. ・Boat diving will be held depending on the number of reservations and events. ・To prevent decompression sickness, we do not accept reservations for guests who are planning to board a plane on the day. (Please wait at least 12 hours after finishing your dive before boarding a plane.)
Other important points:
- ・If you want to take out insurance, it will cost 500 yen per day. ・If you do not have your own equipment, you will be charged for rental equipment. Rental equipment costs an additional 4,800 yen (full set). There are no other fees. If you want to dive more, please consult with the staff.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 5 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
