A tour guide will not accompany the group. Bus crew will handle any necessary tasks during the round-trip bus journey (Japanese language support only). Once at the destination, customers will be free to explore on their own until departure time.
All tours will proceed regardless of rain. However, in the event of heavy rain such as a typhoon, we will contact you in advance to inform you if the tour is cancelled.
Due to traffic congestion or other factors, arrival at Kamikochi may be delayed, and the full four-hour stay may not be possible. In such cases, we will not be able to refund the tour price.
Please note that we cannot accept reimbursement for any expenses (such as taxi fares or accommodation costs) incurred due to delays or traffic conditions on the day of the event.
Depending on the number of passengers, the service may be operated using a medium-sized bus, minibus, or Hiace commuter vehicle, or passengers may be transferred to express buses or trains.
Seat assignments cannot be specified. When using a standard bus, the last row may be row 5, but it will be treated the same as a regular seat.
The bus will depart on time. We cannot wait for you even if you contact us in advance. Bus drivers and reception staff will not contact you if you do not arrive at the bus stop or meeting place by the scheduled time.
