- ★Even those who cannot swim can rest assured as an instructor will be with you! ★The warming room is heated using thinned wood from Lake Shikotsu♪ ★Free rental of rash guard leggings (top and bottom), women's swimwear, men's half pants, bath towels, and ponchos♪ Plan Description ★The warming tent uses the MORZH brand, known as the hottest in the world! ★Experience snorkeling in Lake Shikotsu, which has been ranked number one in water quality in Japan for 10 consecutive years, then warm up your chilled body in the warming room, and enjoy a bathing and relaxation experience. 【Experience Duration】 Approx. 02:00h From meeting to dismissal (approx. 1 hour including 30 minutes before/after changing, snorkeling, warming room, bathing, and rest) Spring Water Temperature: March–May 4℃–7℃, June 7–10℃ With the arrival of early summer, fish return to the shore in early May. From March to June, the transparency is outstanding, and it is a season where the contrast between Mount Fuppushi and Mount Tarumae is beautiful. Summer Water Temperature: July 10–15℃, August–September 15–20℃ From July to September, the endangered Chitose Baikamo (underwater flowers) bloom, marking the peak season for Lake Shikotsu. The water plants sway beautifully, creating a magical space. Underwater, you can see the Ezo-ugui (Japanese dace) and the three-spined stickleback, which turns blue during its spawning season. Autumn Water Temperature: October 15–18℃, November 10–15℃ From October to November, the Himemasu (kokanee salmon) return to the shore to spawn, turning their distinct spawning colors. The scenery also begins to change from green to red and yellow autumn leaves, and even the fallen leaves add color to the underwater world. Deep Winter Water Temperature: December 7–10℃, January–February 0–4℃ From December to February, the plankton in the water decreases, increasing transparency, and the underwater world becomes even quieter. The transparency increases until you can see 30 meters ahead. The sunlight filtering through warms the water, even at 2℃. One of Hokkaido's three major winter festivals, the Hyoto Festival (Ice Museum), is held from late January to mid-February. Utilizing the highly transparent lake water, you can see ice sculptures shining in 'Shikotsu Blue' during the day, and at night, they are illuminated with fireworks, making it a spectacular sight.

- In spring, the snow begins to melt, and fresh water flows into Lake Shikotsu. Underwater, transparency exceeds 30 meters, and fish return to the shore. In summer, the white flowers of the natural monument Chitose Baikamo and water plants grow, and you can sometimes see schools of up to 1,000 fish. In autumn, the spawning of Himemasu begins, and you can see them dyed in their spawning colors. Winter is the season of outstanding transparency, characterized by visibility of up to 30 meters deep.

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Generally, we will proceed if it is raining. If the tour cannot be held due to heavy rain, thunder, high waves caused by wind, or a snowstorm, we will call you to cancel as soon as possible. Please note that the tour may be cancelled at the instructor's discretion.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- Please note that we reserve the right to refuse participation in tours if you are unwell, pregnant, have been drinking alcohol, have other medical disabilities, or are unable to cooperate with the guide's safety measures. Please remove glasses, watches, earrings, jewelry, and other accessories before using the warming room. Entering the warming room (tent) with these items on may cause burns. We are not responsible for deformations caused by high temperatures. ・Please hydrate frequently before, during, and after using the warming room. ・Please note that the experience will be canceled if any inconvenience to other customers or any behavior that disrupts public morals is observed. ・Please note that staff will check the fire during the experience. Generally, the experience will proceed even in light rain. In the event of heavy rain, thunder, strong winds, or other dangerous circumstances, or if it is not possible to proceed due to a blizzard, we will call to cancel the experience as soon as possible. (The guide may decide to cancel the experience mid-way.) ・Transportation from the store to the experience location will be by guide-operated vehicle, but you can also travel in your own vehicle.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 75% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
