CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Within 03 days prior to event date: 100%
  • From 04 to less than 10 days prior to event date: 50%
  • From 10 to less than 30 days prior to event date: Free of charge

CHILDREN POLICY

  • From 0 – 5 years old: Complimentary (free of charge).
  • From 6 – 11 years old: Charged 50% of adult price and served with a Kids Menu.
  • From 12 years old and above: Charged as adult rate.

Reminders

  • Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • Guests with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special meal requests are kindly advised to inform us at least 24 hours prior to departure

  • In case of bad weather or river conditions, the cruise schedule may be adjusted for safety reasons.

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • For the holiday dates 24/12 and 31/12, the cruise will use a separate special festive menu with an additional surcharge.
