Purchase Notice
- When placing an order, please indicate the pick-up and drop-off address and departure time.
- Please leave your contact information (phone number, email address, LINE, WhatsApp, Kakao, WeChat, etc.) when placing an order so that our customer service staff can contact you in a timely manner.
- Driver information and license plate number will be provided between 18:00 the day before the event and 2 hours before the event. Please check your email or messaging app (WhatsApp/Line/Kakao/Wechat).
- When booking an urgent order, please keep your communication information open so that we can confirm your car needs and arrange the car in time.
- Please pay any surcharges such as overtime and mileage fees to the driver in cash. You can also contact customer service to pay the relevant surcharges in advance.
Reminders
The car rental service is available for 10 hours between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm. Outside of these hours, a night/early morning service fee will apply (an additional fee of 5,000 yen or more will apply depending on the end time).
The total mileage for private charter car is limited to 100 kilometers (5-hour private charter car) / 300 kilometers (10-hour private charter car). If the mileage exceeds this limit, an extra mileage fee of 300 yen per kilometer will be charged.
Private charter car time is 5 hours/10 hours (including normal travel time). If the time limit is exceeded, an additional fee of 6,000 yen per hour will be charged.
The start time for the airport pick-up + private charter car private charter car is calculated from the arrival time at the first stop in the city / the start time for the airport drop-off + private charter car package is calculated from the departure time at the last stop in the city.
If the departure and arrival points are not located within Osaka city, an additional fee of 10,000 yen or more will be charged each time, depending on the distance.
If you need to stay outside of Osaka, you will need to pay the driver 15,000 yen per night for accommodation.
If you require a child seat, please specify when placing your order. The first child safety seat is provided free of charge; the second child seat costs 2000 yen (a child seat occupies 1-1.5 seats).
If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without providing a refund.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the start time of your ride. Refunds will be credited to your account within 7 to 14 business days after cancellation.
This service is a private car transfer and does not include guided tours or other tour information. Thank you for your understanding.
