Regarding cancellation of the event:
- As a general rule, tours will proceed in light rain and will be cancelled in severe weather. Even in light rain, we will consult with you and decide whether to proceed or cancel. Please rest assured that there will be no cancellation fees if the tour is cancelled due to rain. Furthermore, we will provide mudguards and rain gear for tours on rainy days.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- Junior high school students and older, and over 140 cm tall. *This road bike is easy to ride even for beginners. Children under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Other important points:
- Please note that due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather or traffic conditions, we may not be able to ride the scheduled course. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. As we ride on public roads, please be sure to follow the guide's instructions.
Reminders
Participant age: 12 to 100 years old
What to wear and what to bring: Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Sunglasses, gloves, sunscreen, and insect repellent are also useful. It's also a good idea to bring a spare portable windbreaker. We will provide detailed advice on clothing appropriate for Hokkaido's unique seasons. Please feel free to ask. Free rentals are also available. (Please refrain from bringing valuables as much as possible.)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
