Please note the following when participating in this course:
Participant age: 13 to 100 years old
What to wear and bring: 1. Clothes that are easy to move in and don't mind getting wet. Spring and fall: Fleece, tracksuits, quick-drying long-sleeved and long-pants underwear, etc. Summer: T-shirts (rash guards, etc.), shorts (long pants, spats, leggings, etc. are recommended for sun protection and insect bite protection), swimsuits, etc. (synthetic, quick-drying materials are recommended, not cotton). 2. A change of clothes (including underwear) for when you get wet. 3. A towel. 4. If you wear glasses, straps, etc. (HOA also sells them for 100 yen).
Rental equipment: HOA provides all the equipment you need for rafting. Drysuits or spray jackets, life jackets, helmets, and wet boots.
