The driver's language will be randomly assigned (either Japanese or Chinese) and cannot be specified. We do not provide services in other languages. Thank you for your understanding.
Vehicle type will be arranged according to the number of participants. No dedicated tour guide will be provided; instead, the driver will provide services and will not accompany the participants into the scenic area.
Free "Waraku Foot Bath" is also available in Ginzan Onsen Street; please bring your own towel if you wish to experience it.
Pregnant women, people with heart conditions, and other special groups are not suitable to participate in this tour.
Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult passenger throughout the trip.
Children aged 0 and above are charged the same price as adults. Infants and those over 70 years of age with mobility issues are not recommended to participate. If you wish to participate, you must be accompanied by a guardian aged 22 or older.
As this is a small group trip, large luggage cannot be carried.
Reminders
This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants to form a group. If the minimum number is not reached 3 days before departure, you can apply for a rescheduling or a full refund. Once the order is confirmed, the date cannot be changed arbitrarily, and any resulting losses will be borne by you.
This is a shared ride with fixed itinerary. Customers participating in this tour are requested to adhere to the time allotted at each attraction and follow the instructions of the driver/guide.
Please note that no refunds will be given for absences or cancellations due to personal reasons, lateness, or other reasons. If you leave the group midway through the trip, the transaction will be considered invalid, and no refunds will be given. Furthermore, you will be solely responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from this.
Please be sure to arrive at the designated pick-up location at the specified time. This product is non-refundable, non-changeable, and cannot be transferred to other trips or joined midway. - Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
