- This is a voucher that can be used at 'Gransta Tokyo', 'Gransta Marunouchi', 'Gransta Yaekita', and 'Gransta Yaesu'.
- You will receive a voucher worth 10,000 JPY for 8,500 JPY, 5,000 JPY for 4,400 JPY, or 3,000 JPY for 2,700 JPY.
- Vouchers are issued in 1,000 JPY denominations.
- You can use them in 1,000 JPY increments for shopping or dining at over 300 shops within the Gransta facilities.
- Please note in advance that some shops, such as convenience stores and ticket machine shops, are excluded.

- The KKday QR code redemption period is from November 20, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
- The expiration date of the redeemed "GRANSTA" Premium Voucher is from November 20, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
(*The deadline for redeeming the JR ESAT PASS set is February 28, 2026. There is no change in the validity period of the voucher.) - The exchange location is inside the ticket gate. A boarding ticket or admission ticket is required. The cost of the exchange is at the customer's expense.
- You may be asked to wait while receiving your ticket due to other customers being served.
- Furthermore, we will not be held responsible for any missed public transport or other issues that may arise as a result.
- Please note that some shops may be temporarily closed or may be out of stock of products.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with barcode payments. Only cash, credit cards, and transportation IC cards can be used in combination.
Any unused portion of a voucher cannot be refunded.
Cancellations are not possible after the order has been confirmed.
If we are unable to verify your purchase history using the QR code, we will not be able to issue you a voucher. Please be sure to be prepared to present your QR code when you come to redeem your voucher.
Please check the number of vouchers you have received immediately. We cannot accept any complaints about the incorrect number of vouchers you have received after you have left the venue.
We will not be held responsible for any reason whatsoever if you are unable to exchange the ticket for a physical ticket due to your own circumstances.
Expired vouchers cannot be used.
Vouchers cannot be resold for cash or transferred to other persons.
Purchases made with this voucher are not eligible for tax exemption. If you use this voucher to purchase tax-exempt items at Gransta, you will need to complete the tax exemption procedure separately.

- Exchange hours are 9:30-19:30. There are no fixed holidays.
- When you arrive, tell the staff that you are here to collect your premium voucher and show them the QR code.
- If we are unable to verify your purchase history using the QR code, we will not be able to issue you a voucher.
- Please be sure to come prepared to present the QR code when you come to redeem your voucher.
- We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding vouchers or Gransta shops and products.

How to Use Your Voucher
- The e-voucher will be sent to your email inbox. Please exchange it for physical tickets at the designated location
Voucher Redemption Period
- Valid for redemption within the specified period: 2025-11-20 ~ 2026-03-31; Invalid after expiration
- The expiration date of the redeemed "GRANSTA" Premium Voucher is also from November 20, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
