Five-seater car: Any time exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as 60 minutes, resulting in a one-hour NT$400 fee (this amount will be added to the total and paid on-site).
Seven-seater car: Any time exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as 60 minutes, resulting in a one-hour NT$500 fee (this amount will be added to the total and paid on-site).
Nine-seater car: Any time exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as 60 minutes, resulting in a one-hour NT$600 fee (this amount will be added to the total and paid on-site).
**Excessive travel time will be considered due to force majeure factors such as traffic jams or poor road conditions.
Use the vehicle and driver service from 22:00 local time to 07:00 the next day. A night service fee of NT$500 per day will be paid on site.

If part of your itinerary is cancelled due to delays caused by force majeure such as traffic or weather, please contact customer service and we will issue a full refund for you.
In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made one day before departure (local time at 22:00). Notification will be given at any time thereafter via email, phone, text message, or messaging software.
Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point early for the pick-up. Please wait for a maximum of 5 minutes after the vehicle arrives (for airport pickups, the waiting time will be 60 minutes after the flight arrives). We will not be able to request modifications, cancellations, or refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
Due to different road conditions and pick-up times, the time may be subject to change. The driver will be responsible for contacting you. In case of traffic congestion, the actual pick-up time may be delayed by 15-20 minutes from the scheduled time. The driver and customer service will contact you to inform you.
In the event of bad weather or force majeure, the supplier reserves the right to cancel or change the service. In the event of any cancellation or change, the supplier will notify you one day in advance.
