The following individuals will not be allowed to participate in the rafting activity:
① Those who are under 80 cm tall
② Those who cannot wear life jackets correctly
③ Those in poor physical condition
④ Individuals with disabilities classified as Category 1 or under 12 years of age classified as Category 2 must be accompanied by one person. (Guide dogs may ride with the person.)
⑤ Passengers using wheelchairs, even if they can move to a seat, must be accompanied by a person. (They cannot board the ship directly in a wheelchair.)

※ Your clothes may get wet while boating on the Hozu River. Although there are wave shields on the boats, they cannot completely prevent splashing depending on the river's current.
Passengers who do not wish to get wet are advised to bring their own raincoats in case of emergency.
※ If the Hozu River rafting service is suspended on the day of departure due to rising river levels or other reasons, the itinerary will be partially adjusted.
