Egan offers free bicycles for guests to explore the village freely. You can simply ride or return them at any rental station. It's wonderful to ride a bicycle through the deserted alleys. (Free, there are 5 parking spots in the village, so you can park whenever you want, which is super convenient.)
Amanohashidate, nestled in Miyazu Bay on the Sea of Japan, is one of the "Three Scenic Spots of Japan," along with Matsushima in Mutsu and Miyajima in Aki. The approximately 3.6-kilometer-long sandbar, formed by coastal sedimentation, is home to approximately 8,000 pine trees of various sizes, flanked by white sand beaches to the east and west, creating a unique natural landscape.

Infants aged 0-2 years are free of charge if they do not occupy a bed or seat, and please inform us in advance; if this is not done and results in overcrowding, the driver/guide is obligated to refuse boarding. Children aged 3 years and above are treated the same as adults.
*The above itinerary schedule may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, traffic congestion, etc. The time spent at each attraction may be affected. Thank you for your understanding.
Eagles are known to frequent the area near the Ine Boat House. If you spot an eagle, please stop feeding it to avoid being pecked. Each person may bring one piece of luggage free of charge; backpacks are not considered luggage. Please keep valuables with you at all times. Pregnant women, people with heart conditions, acrophobia, and other special needs are not suitable for this tour. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time; please be punctual. Our company will not be responsible for any late arrivals.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the bus journey, and there are no restrooms.

No refund will be given if a traveler abandons the tour midway due to personal reasons.

A group of 4 people will be notified 3 days in advance whether the group will be formed. A full refund will be given if the group is not formed.
Precautions:
(i) Once the order is confirmed, the date cannot be changed arbitrarily. Any losses incurred will be borne by the order holder.
(ii) When making a reservation, please be sure to provide complete information (name + number of people + phone number + WeChat ID + pick-up location) to avoid errors that may affect your trip.
(III) During the trip, please keep your passport and valuables with you at all times and keep them safe. You will be responsible for any loss, theft or damage.
(iv) Elderly people, patients with cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and heart disease, and pregnant women are advised to be accompanied by relatives.
(v) This tour does not accept bookings from customers under the age of 18. If you wish to book, please have your guardian book the tour together.
(vi) This is a fixed-route carpooling tour. Customers participating in this tour are required to adhere to the time limits for each attraction and follow the instructions of the driver/guide.

(vi) No refunds will be given for any failure to participate or cancellation of the trip due to personal issues, lateness, or other reasons. Please take note.
(vii) If a participant leaves the group during the trip, the transaction will be deemed invalid and no refund will be given. Furthermore, the participant will be solely responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from this.
(viii) Arrival times for each itinerary may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds on the day. If the itinerary is delayed or cancelled due to the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, please understand that no refund can be requested on this basis.
(ix) Please wear comfortable, suitable travel clothing and shoes for this trip.
(x) Please be sure to abide by local Japanese laws and regulations, and do not bring any items that are prohibited by Japanese law, so as to avoid violating the law and affecting your own rights.
(xi) During free time, you should pay attention to your personal safety and property safety. If you do not heed the advice and an accident or loss occurs, you will be responsible for the consequences.

Due to the unpredictability of factors such as traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds on the day of travel, arrival times for each itinerary may vary. According to Japanese law, the maximum working time for a driver is 10 hours. To ensure driver safety and smooth driving, itineraries may be adjusted based on actual circumstances, including reducing sightseeing time at attractions or canceling certain attractions. We sincerely hope that our passengers will understand and support these adjustments made while prioritizing safety.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 16 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 9 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 5 to 8 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
