A. General Terms
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking and participating in a course. When you book a course or pay for any Snow-Plus ski school related products or services, you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions below.
SnowPlus employees or coaches have no authority to change all of the following terms under any circumstances.
SnowPlus Ski School services are non-transferable.
The final provision of products and services depends on the arrangements made by SnowPlus Ski School with the instructors.
B. Security Terms
When students, parents, or guardians book SnowPlus Ski School courses, they understand that snow sports are dangerous and can result in injury. They must comply with the school's instructors' safety instructions and the resort's safety regulations.
Students must have valid travel insurance or other insurance before taking lessons and ensure that the insurance coverage is effective during skiing activities. SnowPlus Ski School will not be held legally responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur before, during or after the start of the service.
Our school prioritizes student safety and strongly recommends that students have protective gear such as helmets, protective gear, and gloves. School fees do not include these safety gear items, so please prepare your own personal safety gear before class.
All classes are held in public places. Students are requested to keep their valuables safe. SnowPlus Ski School cannot be held legally responsible for any lost or damaged items or equipment during the course, including any replacement costs or time lost.
C. Course Terms
Course duration:
Full-day private lessons: 9:00 AM to 15:00 AM
Half-day private lessons: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 13:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Evening private lessons: 5:00 PM ~ 7:00 PM
Except for major reasons, the school's course schedule shall not be changed arbitrarily due to personal factors.
The six-hour full-day course includes a one-hour lunch break. Lunch is not included in the tuition fee. For children's courses, parents or guardians must provide the necessary lunch expenses for their children in advance.
Students are requested to gather at the designated location at the agreed class time and complete dressing and purchasing cable car tickets before the class begins. The school is not responsible for any delays in the class due to not having a valid cable car ticket or other reasons.
The course price does not include lift tickets and ski equipment. If students need assistance, please ask when booking the course and the school will provide relevant information and other assistance.
When there are multiple participants in a course, the students must have similar skiing levels. If the levels of the students in the same course are different, SnowPlus Ski School reserves the right to refuse or give priority to the student with the lower level.
Snowboarding and skiing cannot be taught in the same course. If you wish to learn both, please make separate reservations. If you wish to change your program after making a reservation and payment, please cancel the original course and follow the cancellation process and rules.
If students need to specify a coach, please request this when booking the course. The school will arrange it according to the situation and charge an additional coach designation fee. If the coach is unable to cooperate with the course, we will arrange another suitable coach of the same level for you.
The coach has the right to refuse others from joining the class except for the originally scheduled students. If students join the class temporarily or as companions, it will be regarded as participating in the class and the students must bear the additional fees that may be incurred.
D.Children's Courses
The minimum age for child instruction is four years old. Because preschoolers' physical, cognitive, and psychological development is immature and varies greatly, only one-on-one instruction is provided for children aged four to seven, with the primary focus being on experiencing the snow. Classes are limited to three children aged seven to eleven. To prevent disruptive behavior that may affect the quality of instruction, the instructor reserves the right to request parental assistance. In serious cases, the ski school reserves the right to suspend or terminate the lesson. Proof of age may be requested upon booking/before the lesson.
Children participating in lessons must be able to use the restroom independently. The ski school reserves the right to refuse admission to any child who is unable to use the restroom independently or requires adult supervision. Parents or guardians should be aware that children may be exposed to allergens during the full day of lessons and will not be held responsible for any issues that arise. All child lesson booking forms must include the parent's or guardian's identification and accurate contact details to ensure immediate contact in the event of an emergency.
The ski school and instructors do not provide childcare services. If a child is unwilling or refuses to ski, the instructor will contact the parent and ask the parent to come to the school to understand or even terminate the lesson. If the lesson is terminated, the remaining lesson time and fees will not be refunded.
It is the parent or guardian's responsibility to ensure your child has/purchased a valid lift ticket before the lesson begins.
Students who fail to follow the children's course rules for personal reasons will be solely responsible for any safety issues or inconveniences caused during the course. The school will not be held responsible.
E. Booking and Cancellation Rules
Students can make online course reservations through the SnapPlus official booking system and will receive a confirmation notification and booking details within 48 hours.
Please pay the full amount within three days after receiving the online payment request to secure your place.
Cancellation and Charges:
If you cancel 14 days before the scheduled course date, 100% of the course fee will be deducted
If you cancel 15 to 29 days before the scheduled course date, 60% of the total course fee will be deducted
If you cancel 30 days before the scheduled course date, a bank refund fee of 10% of the total course fee will be charged
Fees outside of the course, such as equipment rental, cable car tickets, or other purchases, are not refundable.
If the class is delayed by more than one hour without any contact or notification, it will be deemed as a withdrawal from the class and no refund will be accepted. If the class is delayed due to personal reasons (such as late arrival, lack of lift ticket, unsuitable equipment, etc.), no request for make-up hours or postponement of the get out of class will be accepted.
Course Changes: After a course is booked and paid for, the school reserves the right to refuse or deem any changes to the course content, such as changes to the course time, learning program, instructor, etc., as cancellation of the course. The school will cancel the course first and then make the course change in accordance with the above refund policy.
Please note that course changes and refunds are not possible after payment is made during the peak seasons of Christmas, New Year and Lunar New Year.
If the ski resort officially closes due to bad weather, the following options are available:
Free transfers and pick-ups to other ski resorts in the same area, or additional transfer fees to other ski resorts where the school offers classes.
No change fee will be charged for postponement except during peak season.
If you cancel a course, you will receive a full refund after deducting a 10% handling fee, and the school will offer a 10% discount on future course bookings.
If you wish to cancel a lesson due to bad weather, no refund will be given unless the ski resort is closed and the lifts are running.
If a student is injured before the course registration date or is unable to attend the course due to other legitimate reasons, they must produce relevant supporting documents. Exceptions may be made to postpone the course or transfer the course. No refund will be given.
Any refund can only be paid to you by the same method as the original payment.
If a student requests a cancellation or change due to personal reasons or to change the course content, the student or payer will be required to pay a 10% bank handling fee. After deducting the handling fee, the final refund amount will be calculated and returned to the original payment account in the original payment currency. The actual time it takes to receive the refund depends on your payment method and bank credit card company.

To navigate between the Niseko United ski resorts—Annupuri, Hirafu, and Hanazono—the Niseko United Shuttle is a primary option. Each resort village also operates its own local shuttle services, which provide convenient access to specific lifts, accommodations, and amenities within that village. Taxis are another available choice for direct transfers between areas, especially for groups or with equipment.
