Once an order is confirmed, the date cannot be changed arbitrarily; any resulting losses will be borne by the traveler. If inclement weather or unforeseen events affect the trip, customer service will proactively notify the traveler, who can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. If any force majeure event affects the traveler's trip, please contact us as soon as possible and provide proof; customer service will handle the matter accordingly.
Each vehicle type has passenger and luggage capacity limits. Please be sure to select the appropriate vehicle type based on the actual number of passengers and luggage, and specify the correct number of passengers and luggage when placing your order. If the number of passengers exceeds the vehicle type limit on the day of your trip, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and will not provide a refund.
