Reimbursement will be based on actual expenses incurred. Please pay the driver in cash (Japanese Yen) at the end of the trip.

Overtime service fee

If a passenger's lateness causes a delay in their trip, they can choose to shorten their trip or retain their trip and pay the corresponding overtime service fee.
To ensure a smooth trip, the driver may adjust the return time or the order of attractions based on the day's traffic conditions. If the trip exceeds the booked private charter car time, an overtime service fee will be charged, with any time less than one hour counted as one hour. Please pay the driver in cash at the end of the trip.
14-seater: 6,000 yen/hour (8,000 yen/hour from December 15 to March 15; 10,000 yen/hour from December 22 to January 4 and February 14 to February 23)
22-seater: 8,800 yen/hour
45 seats: 11,000 yen/hour

From the second child seat

The first child seat is provided free of charge. For each subsequent child seat, an additional 2,000 yen will be charged. Please be sure to note this when placing your order and pay the driver in cash on the day of your trip.

Vehicle cleaning fees

If there is vomiting, unpleasant odors, or other serious damage to the vehicle, a cleaning fee of 25,000 yen will be charged.

Reminders

  • Please ensure that the number of passengers, pieces of luggage and their dimensions, and the number of child seats are filled in accurately. If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the limit on the day of travel, additional charges may apply or service may be unavailable, and no refunds will be given.
