- Participants must be aged 10 or older to join.
- Children aged 10–14 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children under 135 cm must present proof of age.
- This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (e.g. high blood pressure, epilepsy), pregnant women, or seniors.
- This activity is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs.
- No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry; in this case, no refunds will be given.
Reminders
Bring your QR code to the check-in counter to receive a wristband and take a facial recognition photo
Each QR code is valid for one-time scan only. Keep it safe — lost or shared codes will not be reissued
The first person to check in with a duplicate QR code will be allowed entry; others will be denied
Wristbands are issued once only and must be worn at all times inside the event area
If the wristband is lost, the organizer has the right to deny entry to the performance zone
Guests can re-enter the venue during the event. Facial scan and wristband check are required at each entry
Enter the venue at least 20 minutes before the show. Late entry is not permitted
You cannot select seats. Book in the same order to sit together
Photography is allowed, but filming or live streaming for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited
