- The itinerary time is for reference only and is subject to the tour guide's arrangements based on the on-site conditions on the day.
- For round trips and Snow Hill guests, the tour guide will not accompany you into the attractions.
- The minimum number of participants is 4. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent one day before the departure date.
- Children aged 0-3 years (under 36 months) can join the tour for free, but they do not occupy a seat and attraction tickets are not included. Please indicate the number of children when booking.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
