Skiing is a high-risk activity and may result in injury to third parties (including other users and staff on the ski slopes). Please confirm whether your travel insurance includes third-party insurance.
It is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance at your departure point before participating in this activity.
No refunds will be given to participants who are late or fail to arrive at the meeting point at the designated time.
The order of the tour itinerary may change depending on regional weather and traffic conditions.
Vehicles will be arranged based on the final number of people in your group. If you need to bring luggage, please contact customer service in advance after booking.
SKI/SNOW BOARD/Snow Hill tours will depart together on the same bus.
Children's ski equipment: The minimum size is 20CM (calculated by foot length); the maximum size for adults is 30CM (calculated by foot length)
You must wear ski equipment to enter the ski resort. Infants and children who do not participate in skiing will not be allowed to enter the ski resort because they do not have equipment.
SNOW BOARD Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult to participate in this activity.

Warm reminder: As the weather warms up, the snow quality at the ski resorts becomes unstable from the end of February. Please pay attention to this when booking.
🚨From December 1st to December 10th, due to weather conditions, only escalators will be open at the ski resort, and the cable cars/lifts may not be available.
Due to weather conditions in March, snow quality at ski resorts may gradually deteriorate. Guests booking trips for March should consider this carefully. Additionally, tour operators may contact you to cancel trips due to snow quality issues. Please check for notifications from operators the day before departure.
