When I originally booked the shuttle, the departure time was 9:00 am, with a 10:30 arrival at Nami Island. KKDay changed the departure time to 9:40, meaning we wouldn't arrive at Nami Island until 11:20. The Nami departure time stayed the same at 4:30 pm, so that was the loss of nearly 1 hour. Moreover, because of the holiday on August 15, it took more than 3 hours instead of 90 minutes to arrive at Nami. This is not KKDay's fault, but they should have anticipated the traffic and made an EARLIER departure time instead. We arrived at Nami at 1:00 pm instead of 11:20, and had to depart at 4:30, so we had only 3 and a half hours on the island. KKDay refused to refund any travelers who wanted to take public transportation back to Seoul instead of the 4:30 shuttle. The island itself was fantastic but I will not be using this company again.
