【South Korea】Two-day maple viewing tour｜Neijangsan, Metasequoia forest road and maple park｜Depart from Seoul

The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese tour guide and tips, breakfast, lunch and dinner on the first day, breakfast and lunch on the second day, all tickets and round-trip transportation costs.

A group of 16 or more people can form a group, with a maximum of 43 people per group.

The charging rules are as follows: 3-11 (not occupying a bed) are charged at the child price; under 3 years old, not occupying a bed or seat, are free of charge. (Each departure group can only have 1 free place).

The itinerary attractions and lunch time will be adjusted according to the traffic conditions of the day.

We will depart as usual even if it rains.

The peak season for red leaves is from mid-to-late October to early November. The state of the red leaves will change due to weather conditions. If the red leaves are not in good condition on the day of the tour, no refund will be given.

The venue may be repaired or closed due to the situation on the day. The decision is made by the organizer and guests cannot use this as an excuse to ask for compensation. Please understand.

Participating guests will be arranged to stay at Gwangju U Top Hotel or CS Hotel H1 or similar (subject to availability)

If the restaurant is temporarily closed on the day of departure or is unable to dine due to other reasons, you will be served a Korean lunch instead.

The room will be arranged as a double room. Each double room can accommodate up to two children aged 3 to 11 without occupying a bed / one child aged 3 to 11 without occupying a bed + one toddler aged 0 to 2 without occupying a bed.

Guests who register as a single person or participate in an odd number of groups, if they need to stay in a Single room, need to pay the Single room surcharge.

For single registration or odd-numbered group, the third or odd-numbered group member must pay the Single room surcharge and stay in a Single room. The company will not arrange for the guest to share a room with other group members, and the guest cannot object or withdraw for any reason. If the third or odd-numbered group member chooses not to pay the Single room surcharge, he/she must agree to automatically give up the half-open room, that is, 3 people stay in a 2-person room, and the person cannot object or withdraw for any reason.

Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. When considering accepting any activities included in the tour group or provided during the trip, guests must assess whether they are suitable for participation based on their own health or ability. In the event of an accident due to force majeure or physical injury or death caused by unpredictable factors, the company's staff and related personnel only bear the obligation to provide full rescue, and the company and its members shall not bear any responsibility for the damage or casualties.

Every customer who departs for a two-day tour will receive a bottle of Korean premium deep water on the first day.

If the most famous and traditional Ssanghacha Cafe in Korea is closed on that day, you can go to another CAFE to get a cup of coffee for 8,000 WON instead.

A fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide will be with the group. If the meeting time of the itinerary is changed, you will be contacted by WhatsApp/Wechat/Line and other communication methods. Please pay attention!

Due to the limited quantity and variety of free breakfast and drinks, guests cannot choose on site. We apologize for not being able to meet all customer needs. If you have special needs, such as vegetarian or food allergies, please prepare them yourself. We are unable to accommodate one by one! Children who do not occupy seats and are exempt from the group fee are not eligible for this offer.

Special arrangement for each guest to give a thoughtful breakfast of selected bread/cake. *Please forgive me for the limited quantity and style of breakfast.

DAY2 Final departure, the itinerary attractions arrangement and return arrival time will be adjusted according to the traffic conditions on the day. Guests cannot use this as an excuse to request compensation or refund.
