Reminders
Please arrive at the designated location 60 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Ticket and seats allocation will be available to collect under your booking name at the Main Box office inside the Sydney Opera House on Level 1 an hour prior to the performance start time, please bring and present a photo ID to collect tickets
Guests are recommended to arrive early to avoid rushing. Ushers will close the doors at show time and may not allow latecomers in until there is a suitable pause during the performance
Bringing any outside food or beverages is not allowed. Only food and beverages purchased on-site can be consumed within the venue
The Venue will be open 90 minutes pre-show for Concert Hall and Joan Sutherland Theatre performances
Any personal items guest bring to the venue are at your own risk. the venue will not take responsibility for any items which are lost or damaged on the site
Bulky items are not permitted in the venue. Umbrellas, backpacks, larger bags and other items that may be hazardous or restrict the movement of guests may not be permitted into the venue. Strollers and prams may be left with front-of-house. It is your responsibility to collect any items after the Event
