- Participants must be aged from 4 to 15 to experience job activities
- Children with height under 75 cm can enter free of charge but they can not experience the job activities
- Children aged under 120cm must be accompanied by a guardian with an adult ticket
- At least 1 experience ticket is required to enter KidZania; each experience ticket can accompanied by no more than 3 entry-only tickets

Children with allergies or disabilities should consult with a staff prior to the experience
Be sure to check the experience time on the tablet in front of the experience facility or ask the staffs
The last experience turn may end before the Park’s closing time in consideration of the duration of the experience
