Tickets for the Yeti bus must be paid to staff on-site, and operation is subject to change depending on weather conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
If you plan to participate on March 12th or 19th, you will not be able to see the snow trees. Instead, you will take a snow monster vehicle to the "Okama" crater (subject to weather conditions). Please take note!
The ski resort experience (snowboarding, skiing, and sledding, etc.) includes ski equipment, clothing rental, and venue fees, costing approximately 7,000 yen. However, it does not include ski goggles, scarves, gloves, or other equipment that comes into direct contact with the skin, so please bring your own.
This tour requires a minimum of 2 people to form a group. If the number of participants on the same departure date is less than 2, the tour will not be formed and the order will not be confirmed. You will be notified of whether the tour will proceed no later than 7 days before departure.
The tour fee includes round-trip transportation and staff services, but excludes attraction tickets and meals. Please pay these on-site.
The arrangement of private vehicles will be adjusted according to the number of participants, and may be buses or large taxis.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
