Please present the e-voucher on-site；Please arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled time; failure to do so is deemed that you have voluntarily given up this trip and thus waived your right to any refund or compensation If you withdraw from the tour group and tour activities after the tour starts, you do not have the right to demand refund of the tour fees you've paid The tour might be delayed or canceled if force majeure factors such as severe weather. If the tour is halted for a reason, all tour fees you've paid will be fully refunded to you. However, the expenses for meals, accommodation, or traffic, or other necessary expenses that have already occurred before cancellation of the tour will be borne by you The driver and guide will rearrange the order of activities on the itinerary as well as the length of stay time based on the traffic conditions and weather. Please cooperate, and thank you for understanding. To provide you with a better service, if you need any assistance during the journey, please inform the onboard attendant, driver or guide

For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply；For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply；For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply；For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply；For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply；Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.；Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.

Some packages offer guaranteed departure for solo travelers; however, under normal circumstances, the minimum number of participants is 15. If the number of participants does not meet the required minimum, the tour will be canceled, and a cancellation notice will be sent via e-mail 7 days prior to departure.；Due to limited space in the luggage storage boxes, please indicate in the remarks column if you wish to bring large luggage. Whether large luggage can be brought depends on on-site arrangements. If there is no space in the luggage storage boxes on-site to accommodate large luggage, we regret that large luggage cannot be brought. Thank you for your cooperation.；Be sure to arrive at the meeting point before the scheduled departure time; the bus will depart on time, i.e., it won't wait; please note that no refund will be made, nor tour dates be changed, in such case；Please understand that the return trip may be delayed if the traffic is congested due to holidays；Please understand that you might not be able to see the panoramic view of an attraction if the weather does not permit；Please understand that force majeure factors such as traffic and weather might cause the itinerary to be changed or attraction visit to be canceled；Please note that the departure time and traffic route at each tourist attraction might be adjusted due to the traffic conditions on that day；Please fasten your seat belt while the bus is moving, and do not walk around at will; you will not be allowed to get on and off the bus halfway；If the Shakotan Underwater Observation Boat stops due to bad weather or other reasons, the ticket fee will be refunded and the time will be allotted to other stops；If the orchard is closed or does not have enough yield for picking, the tour will arrange for travellers to pick at another orchard nearby；Fruit harvest is subject to the weather; therefore, it is possible that travelers will be treated to pre-picked fruits；The Shakotan Glass Boat's operating hours will be based on the official arrangement. If it's closed earlier this year, you will be refunded for the boat and visit Cape Kamui instead；The above itinerary is an estimated arrival time, and traffic conditions cannot be controlled. Please avoid arranging activities that night. We apologize for any delays.；After the trip departs, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. Only return transportation expenses or local accommodation expenses and other additional expenses must be refunded. It is the responsibility of the passenger.；Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a traveler over the age of 18, or they will not be allowed to participate；This tour does not include lunch. The staff will recommend suitable dining places between stops based on the traffic. The stay time at each attraction may be adjusted based on the dining time；During the tour, bus and restaurant seating may be shared with fellow travelers from the same group. Seating arrangements will depend on the tour guide and the facility's setup on the day of the tour；The vehicle will be dispatched according to the number of travelers. If it is a small group size, the driver will serve as the sole accompanying staff for the whole tour. Travelers will explore the attractions on their own；Children under 3 years old can participate for free. Each adult can only bring up to 1 child who does not occupy a seat. If you are traveling with children, please notify us in the "Remarks"；Bus seating will be arranged on-site and cannot be specified. Thank you for your understanding；The opening hours of the slope to the top of Cape Kamui are subject to official announcements. If it is not open during the opening period or is temporarily closed due to weather conditions or official announcements, you will be able to view Cape Kamui from the shore instead.；Since shops in Otaru open late and the itinerary is arranged for this attraction as the last stop, it is recommended that travelers bring their own snacks or purchase snacks from shops at other attractions along the itinerary.
