When making a reservation, please be sure to **unblock KakaoTalk 3-party search**. Pick-up information will be sent via KakaoTalk the day before the tour. Sending via any route other than KakaoTalk is not possible. We are not responsible for any disadvantages that may arise if you do not receive pick-up instructions due to blocking the search, and please understand that refunds are not possible even if you are unable to participate in the tour.
Reservations are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. This is a join-in tour that can be reserved for at least 2 people and can depart from 2 or more people.
We are not responsible for incorrectly entered information (name/contact number/use date/pick-up/drop-off location/KakaoTalk ID, etc.) When making a reservation, please provide accurate information. Pick-up/drop-off locations cannot be changed 3 days prior to the tour.
Vehicle pick-up time may change flexibly depending on hotel location, weather, and traffic. If you do not reply after checking the [Pick-up time information and reservation confirmation Kakao Talk] sent the day before the tour, the meeting may be missed. Please make sure to reply, and if you do not receive the pick-up information KakaoTalk by 5pm the day before the tour, please make sure to contact KKday Customer Center or KakaoTalk Plus friend “Haru Travel”.
This tour is a join-in tour, so if you are late, other guests will be waiting for you, so please be punctual. Please come to the pickup location 10 minutes before the pickup time. In addition, tour changes and refunds are not available due to no-shows or late arrivals.
Depending on the weather, seasonal sunset time, local conditions, etc., the schedule, product composition, and details may be flexibly changed or canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

Please make a reservation for infants under the age of 23 months. Infants under 23 months are free of charge, and massages are not available.
No changes will be made two days before the tour. Please check when making a reservation.
It is difficult to reserve a massage for pregnant women, patients with disc herniation, and those who do not want to put too much strain on their bodies, such as back and back pain, and please understand that massage reservations may be canceled on site.
If you would like a babysitter at the massage shop, please request via KakaoTalk after receiving a KakaoTalk message that informs you one day before the date of use. You can pay for the use of the sitter on site.
Bulky items such as golf clubs are not allowed on board. If you have bulky luggage, please store it at the hotel. Also, since there is a risk of loss, we ask that you take your valuables with you or keep them safely, and we do not take any responsibility for loss/damage.

- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
