The tour guide was fantastic; he helped us take photos of the Sky Mirror, which was beautiful, and we also watched the sunset. Afternoon tea and dinner were provided, so we didn't have to worry about getting hungry. He also picked everyone up from their hotels one by one. However, the journey to the mangrove forest was really bumpy, so I recommend taking motion sickness medication beforehand.

In the past, overseas tours often involved early morning departures, but this one started at a relaxed pace, with a hotel pick-up at 1:30 PM. From there, we drove (not recklessly) for about two hours (with a toilet break along the way) to our destination. After a 15-minute tea break, we boarded a boat and embarked on a river cruise. It was like a more magnificent natural version of Disneyland's Jungle Cruise, as the boat headed towards trees where proboscis monkeys and crab-eating macaques were gathered. In the end, we were on the boat for about an hour and a half. We were able to see dozens of monkeys, including mother and baby monkeys and monkeys leaping from tree to tree (though they were at a distance). The boat approached as close as possible, then turned off the engine and waited to prevent the monkeys from running away, so there were plenty of photo opportunities. After that, we went ashore for a Malaysian buffet (about 6-7 dishes). As we ate, the sun began to set, so we boarded the boat again and headed to the other side of the river. As it got completely dark, the boat sped along and the surroundings became pitch black, creating a fantastic and mystical space illuminated only by moonlight. The boat driver flashed his flashlight on the trees several times, and fireflies gathered to the light, making the trees glow like a real illumination display. We watched the fireflies for about 30 minutes, and then it took us another two hours to return to the city. We were scheduled to arrive back at the hotel at 10:30 p.m., but we arrived just after 9 p.m., so we had enough time to go to the night market. Considering that it only included round-trip transportation and dinner, I think this price is quite cheap. If anyone is planning to go to Kota Kinabalu, I would definitely recommend this tour.

The shuttle service was punctual and considerate, the driver was friendly, the ride was comfortable, and the overall arrangements were very smooth.
