In the event of bad weather or when the train is suspended for safety reasons, please go to the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center at Shinjuku Station West Exit or Odawara Station to get a refund. However, only the amount for the transportation that has not been used will be refunded.
Expired electronic vouchers and exchanged vouchers will be considered invalid. In addition, once the pass is exchanged, it cannot be refunded.
