Some plans are based on a single group, but generally the minimum group size is 20. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour will be cancelled and a cancellation notice will be sent by email 7 days before departure.
Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time and no latecomers will be accepted. Latecomers will be deemed no-shows and no refunds will be given. Please note.

As the cherry blossom blooming date varies each year, the cherry blossom viewing period is predicted based on the cherry blossom front announced by various scenic spots in Japan. The cherry blossom viewing location will be adjusted according to the actual blooming conditions to ensure that guests can enjoy the most beautiful flowers. We apologize for any weather conditions that may not be as predicted.
The best time to view cherry blossoms may be advanced or delayed due to weather conditions. Once a group has decided to depart, even if it is not the best time, the departure date will be as scheduled. Please be advised that this is not a valid reason for cancellation.

Please fasten your seat belts while the bus is in motion and do not move around. You will not be able to get on or off the bus during the journey.

Vehicle Type: Vehicles are assigned based on the number of participants. For small groups, a driver and accompanying personnel will be assigned to provide full tour services. No additional tour leader will be assigned. Upon arrival at each attraction, passengers will be free to explore freely.
If the weather conditions such as strong winds or heavy rain make it unsuitable to go to the Monwaki Suspension Bridge, we will change the tour to a stroll along the Kinosaki coast to ensure the safety of our passengers. Please be advised that no refund will be given.
* For Plan A-2 and B-2, if the number of registered participants is less than 16, you may depart with passengers of other nationalities. The English tour will remain the same, but the onboard tour will be primarily in Chinese or Japanese. Thank you for your understanding.
After the trip has departed, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation expenses will be borne by the passenger.
The ripening period of fruits will vary depending on the weather, and it is also possible to eat fruits that have been picked in advance.
Passengers under the age of 18 cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by a passenger aged 18 or above.
