- The number of participants will be adjusted according to the number of vehicles involved in this tour. When the tour has a small number of participants, the driver will also serve as the accompanying staff to provide services throughout the tour. No refund will be given if you skip the hot spring. Please note that those with tattoos, temporary tattoos, body paint, skin diseases or other infectious diseases or pets, or who are intoxicated will be banned from entering the hot spring
Seasidespa at Ito Marine Town is a nude public bath; swimsuit is not needed but towel. There is no private bath
After the trip departs, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. Only return transportation expenses or local accommodation expenses and other additional expenses must be refunded. It is the responsibility of the passenger.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
