If the customer fails to inform when making a reservation or expresses no need for it, and is stopped by the police and issued a traffic ticket or a traffic accident causes damage to passengers, the customer must bear the responsibility.

  • For cancellations made 0 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
