- Only grip socks (socks with rubber layer underneath) are permitted in SuperPark. Grip socks are available at ticket counter. You may wear your shoes for activity for Clip n’ Climb.
- The minimum age requirement for our tickets is 3 AND ABOVE. Children BELOW the age of 3 (2 and below) does not require any tickets for entry, BUT must be supervised by parents in our premises.
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold
- All guests are required to read and acknowledge the SuperPark Malaysia waiver form before entering the park; guests are welcome to fill it in online or on-site
- PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES EARLY BEFORE YOUR RESPECTIVE SESSION.
