To ensure that you can enjoy the freshness of our 14 types of meat, including Japanese Black Beef, Iberian Pork, and Sakurahime Chicken, each piece of meat is carefully cut in our store.
We do not choose a specific production area, but instead use a "production area relay" to provide you with the most delicious vegetables of the season while they are still fresh.
All dishes will be brought to your table by our staff. Please feel free to ask our staff about the best combination of dashi and vegetables, and delicious ways to eat the dishes.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
