Physical tickets and itinerary information will be sent by mail 3-7 days before departure. Please be sure to check that the contents are the same.
The carriages of the Island Star are shorter, so please be sure to wait at the designated platform and carriage boarding area to avoid affecting your own rights.
Train seats are allocated by computer system and their continuity cannot be guaranteed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Because this train is provided as a tour package, no refund will be given if you give up the outbound/return trip.
In case of bad weather or force majeure, the company reserves the right to cancel or change the itinerary.
Please gather on time at the specified time. If a passenger leaves the team or fails to gather due to personal reasons during the trip, it will be deemed that the passenger has given up the trip and the company will not refund the fee.
The driving time stated in the itinerary is for reference only. The itinerary sequence may be changed depending on road conditions or the large number of tourists on holidays.
Part of the trip will be by bus, so please bring motion sickness pills or other medicines with you.

The product is a personal travel itinerary. Please go to the station to take the bus by yourself, so no tour leader will be assigned.
The itinerary is a "shared vehicle system" and the vehicle (small, medium or large tourist bus) will be dispatched according to the actual number of people on the departure day.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
